Slow Hill is a sew shop that specializes in garment repair and alteration. Our mission is to use the our sewing skills to serve the community in any way we can. Our goal is to facilitate long loving relationship between people and the textile objects they surround themselves with.
From workwear and outerwear to formal attire, pillows and curtains to quilts and stuffies, every piece we work on is handled with care, experience, and attention to detail.

Denim, Workwear, and Outwear
We offer a range of denim repair styles, from tonal patching to unique and color stitch patters. We can replace metal shank buttons, as well as replace zippers for pant and jacket closures.
Formal Dresses
We are experienced in a variety of garment alterations, including formal dresses for every occasion. Whether you are simply shortening the legnth or need more in depth attention to fit, we can address your needs.
Classic Tailoring
Suiting is a major focus in our operation. While we are steeped in the rich tradition of tailoring, we are also proud to use our diverse background to bring those traditions into a modern landscape.
Home and Interior
We offer service for home and interior projects. From hemming drapes to cushion re-upholstery, inquire to see if we can help out with your sewing project.
